  Ladies and gentlemen were out of their way nice to kids and myself.

  The only reason I'm taking the time to review a DQ is in the hopes that the manager reads this.  We stopped by on our way back from vacation hoping to grab lunch to go.  It was obvious that the kids behind the counter were overwhelmed.  They were nice enough but i only counted three employees.  The couple in front of us gave up waiting for their second order of fries, and the first order was burnt to a crisp (why would you even give a customer burnt fries?).  Our order took forever, and I could tell the cook was working on one meal at a time.  The staff looked like they were moving in slow motion.  I ended up walking out on half my order because we were in a rush.
  
  The worst part: A group of really dirty looking young adults (20s?) were just hanging out.  They had large backpacks and didn't appear to have a vehicle.  They would walk out of the store, talk to each other out by the dumpster, and walk back in.  They weren't really eating anything, so I'm not even sure if they were paying customers.  The whole thing was shady given their appearance and behavior.  A good manager would have asked them to leave.  I was not comfortable being their with my kids.

  I absolutely love the remodeled look of this Dairy Queen! Being from a small town, there was always only DQ so when I moved to the bigger city, there was no surprise that my loyalty as well as usual DQ cravings would still be with me. This location always offers great service, is clean, and the food always on point! My favorite is the mocha moolaté. Hands down better than any Starbucks frap I've ever had.

  I did not have a pleasant experience at this Dairy Queen. For one, their location going through the drive through is not safe and orderly for visitors. I ordered a Cheesecake Bizzard and when I approached the window to get my order, the woman goes, "You had the number 2?"
  
  I informed her no, that was not correct. She then informs me that she didn't receive my order. They need to train their employees to complete a simple job.

  It took over 20 minutes just to get to order at the drive-thru. I had a Hooked coupon (an app that offers local deals) and they told me to wait to order until I got to the window. I have used Hooked deals at other drive-thrus and never had a problem. Normally Dairy Queen's are pretty efficient but not this one. It was slow like this one other time I've been to this location too.
